THE BRIEF:

We wish to convert our garage into a luxurious studio gym and sauna space, along with a garden room. We want a wainscot finish and for the external windows to be enclosed with the same cladding as the garage. We also want to create a terraced front yard which will require limited access earthworks and retaining.

THE SOLUTION:

We successfully transformed H Residence's garage into dual purpose with one side housing a space for a car and the other crafted into a luxe gym with sauna. We used our limited access machines to terrace the yard and provide a blank slate for the client's landscape vision.
